Chief Operating Officer
Andrew has dedicated his life to serving in ministry. He first served in a camp and conference ministry in New Hampshire before becoming a leader at Vision New England, a church leadership organization based in Massachusetts. It was there he helped grow a regional event which attracted over 2,000 churches from the New England area.
God later called Andrew to a division within Saddleback Church called Purpose Driven. He served there for eight years, eventually becoming Executive Vice President and was involved with the Purpose Driven Church, Purpose Driven Life, Celebrate Recovery and Purpose Driven Youth Ministry efforts of the church.
Later, concerned that young people were ditching the Christian faith, Andrew formed a partnership with Kitchen Table Academy to create resources for parents. He also served as a ministry consultant to various non-profits and churches throughout the nation. In the process, Chip Ingram and Andrew met and a partnership was formed – Chip as the Bible teacher and Andrew as the organizational leader of Living on the Edge.
Andrew is an ordained minister, receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Moody Bible Institute and his Master’s from BIOLA University. He and his wife, Melissa, have been married for 22 years and have three children.
